"Our stay at Pangulasian was fantastic. The staff were really attentive, helpful and went above and beyond. From willingness to change the food menu, having a super late spa experience so we could fit it in to seeing someone struggling with snorkelling on an excursion and providing assistance so they could see all a turtle.
The private island experience was amazinG, I couldn’t recommend it more!"
"The hotel staff is lovely, courteous, and pleasant. However, the internet is unbearable and non-functional. The room is nice but basic, definitely not a five-star experience, perhaps a four at best. Overall, it's pleasant but nothing more than that. The food is exceedingly expensive and doesn't really justify the asking price."

"In the heart of the town. Very clean and there were no ants. The only thing was no elevator however the staff took our luggage up/down. Food was wonderful. Staff was wonderful even though they were so busy. "
