"This is a wonderful property, newly renovated, very weel equipped with high-end kitchen appliances, and beautifully decorated. Location is good, on a dead-end street at the edge of Goodwill Park, about 2.5mi from center of Falmouth, and about 2mi from the Shining Sea Bike Path. The host is very responsive and helpful. It includes 3 good-sized bedrooms, one on first floor and 2 on second floor. One full bath on each floor, plus outdoor shower with hot water. 2 common living areas. Can't wait to...

"This house is perfect for larger groups of families or friends (or both in our case). We came up from South Carolina for the Cape Cod Marathon and half marathon and the house was a great place to stay. We were able to cook for the group and it’s right on the course so we could cheer each other on. Plenty of bathrooms, beds were comfortable. Beautiful views. Everything was clean and comfortable. It was a wonderful home away from home and I’d definitely recommend."

The property is well maintained and very comfortable. If you are looking for a summer rental, this is your place!!! The Only Downside...you need to bring your own devices to stream the best TV experience."
