"Our stay was very good overall. The hotel was in a great location that allowed us to walk everywhere. The staff was friendly and accessible to our needs. The best part for the kids was the water playground. They could have spent the entire trip playing on the slides or splashing around in the water. If we ever return to Gatlinburg, we would stay here again."

"The property was private - next cabin was several yards away. The directions to get the cabin were very poor. Had to stop and ask how to get there. The carpeting in the cabin had stains, the TV reception was poor, the internet connection was extremely slow. Loved the privacy!!!"

"Overall, it was a good experience. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was fine, and the staff were very nice. The road noise was pretty loud at times, but I’m a heavy sleeper so that doesn’t bother me. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony listening to the river. I don’t understand why they had to unpack all their boxes in the morning right before breakfast. There were probably 20 boxes thrown around the sides of the wall in the breakfast area so you had to walk around them when going to your seat...
