"The chalet is a nice, quiet, and relaxing. We had a wonderful time. Love the fact that all king bedrooms had their own bathroom. The game room was nice and entertaining. The host was very friendly and amazing helpful. If you need a place to unwind—this is it. Enjoy and God bless"
"Had a lovely visit in the Smokey Mountains. The Knotty Pine Cabin is a perfect location to relax, but close enough to any attractions. Shaun and Debbie are great hosts. The property is comfortable. Super easy check in. Shaun is very quick to respond to even simple questions. Would stay here again."

"We stayed at the cabin for a 4 night stay in Gatlinburg.
The amenities were great - the kids enjoyed the arcade game and air hockey table. The adults enjoyed the hot tub and fire feature on the deck. We ate our everyday so can not speak to the kitchen gadgets, etc.
The beds were comfortable and the cabin was clean and in nice condition. We really appreciated the great communication with the owner and the detailed list of what is provided prior to our arrival.
The location is far enough out...

"The views were amazing! The road up was a little scary because it was wet from light rain. Very nice to have 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Love that there was a lower porch with great views also! Two complaints about supplies provided. There was absolutely no soap for any of the bathrooms for washing hands or bathing-not even the cheap little bar soaps. Property descriptions said basic soap was provided but none was to be found! Second complaint-no dishwasher powder or pods. We enjoyed cooking and...

"Very roomy and loved being able to hang out and not feel like we were crammed on top of each other. We seen a Mama bear with 3 cubs right next to the cabin as well as a bobcat."
"The Lodge staff was amazing and helpful. The room was large and comfortable. We had a fireplace but it wasn't used. Would definitely stay there again."
"The property was private - next cabin was several yards away. The directions to get the cabin were very poor. Had to stop and ask how to get there. The carpeting in the cabin had stains, the TV reception was poor, the internet connection was extremely slow. Loved the privacy!!!"

"This was a nice property a block from the main road through Gatlinburg, which is an extremely busy road.
The river side(town) view from our room and patio was very nice. We could watch the activity of the town with the mountains as a backdrop.
The elevators were slow but roomy."
