"When i reserved a regular king room they eere 6 left, when i got there they put me in a handicap room. The bed was horrible i felt like i was literally sleeping in a hole how worn out the mattress was."

"I liked it better when it was Best Western. The free “breakfast” is just bagels. Also was woken up to screaming in the lobby (we were second floor first room with an open overlook to the lobby, so it was loud) and the cops coming. They accidentally blocked me in too. No fault to the hotel but staff didn’t take the weird situation seriously and the breakfast was extremely disappointing compared to what it was before. They need to include that it’s a bagel bar only. "
