"Wonderful place to stay! The studio is well maintained and comes with everything you need to feel comfortable for your stay. The extra touches of beach towels, welcome snacks, and the use of a cooler was a pleasant surprise. The location, amenities, beach access and etc were amazing! Plus the whales, turtles, and dolphins sure out on a show for us. Overall we truly felt the Aloha from the staff and quests and left feeling like Ohana. We can’t say enough good things about our host…wonderful...

"We have stayed at this condo resort 2 years ago and came back. It is very nice location on the ocean with great sunsets and a relaxed vibe. They have tennis and pickleball, mini golf, shuffleboard and pools and hot tubs. Parking is included in the resort fee which is reasonable. The room itself was a nice studio condo. It has a full kitchen, fridge, etc. It is larger than a standard hotel room. The room has some wear but overall it is nice. We will definitely be back to stay here again."

"The condo is not new but well equipped and has spectacular views from the balconies. It was walking distance to the beach, and a warm pool. It was easy driving to markets, Restaurants and snorkeling rental places. It needs some minor repairs, of which we notified the maintenance crew. Close to Lahaina, but we respectfully kept away to allow the community to heal."

"Stayed for 4 days in Kaanapali, chose the Whaler for its close proximity to the village, dining and steps to the pool and beach. The condo felt like home away from home, the kids loved using the boogie boards and swimming with the turtles just downstairs from our unit. "This condo was well furnished, clean, and stocked with everything you need for a fun family location. The description of being ocean front is a bit misleading - it’s a 10 minute walk down a hill and across a highway to the beach. We ended up driving. There is only one pool on the grounds and it was tiny. The location is great in terms of easy access to beaches, restaurants, shops, etc."

"We went to the Honua Kai with our 3-year-old daughter as a recommendation from a friend who had gone earlier in the year with their one-year-old. We went for the ability to have washer-dryer, kitchenette, pools that were family-friendly, and an on-site store and restaurant. It lived up to our requirements with regards to everything. I also used the gym which was adequate for what I used it for (primarily treadmill running - when I didn't run on the beach, that is). Would recommend!"
