"We only stayed for 3 nights, but Karla's place was in the perfect location for exploring the East Coast of the Big Island and Volcanoes National Park. Karla met us when we arrived and introduced us to her cottage. Her pride of ownership shows both in talking with her and also in all the little things about the cottage that made staying here very convenient and comfortable. "This place is awesome. We got in late, and Alan still met us with the gate open and was very welcoming. Property has an ac, but we didn't need it because there's always a nice breeze. You can hear the ocean from the property at night. Alan has thought of the little things like the charging ports on both sides of the bed that have USB, USB C, and a normal outlet. Alan is responsive to all questions, and has plenty of local recommendations."
