"Everything about this property was wonderful. 5-10 min walk to Disneyland Park. Restaurants and shops around the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful, easy check in. My 3 year old had such a fun time at the pool. It’s a kid friendly pool, especially for the little ones. Our room was nice and clean as well. "

"Our stay was awesome. The front desk was very accommodating. They upgraded our room from a double bed to a king for free and had given us free parking due to booking an accessible room. We also had complimentary late check out We will definitely be coming back again. "

"The front desk staff for both check-in and check-out were super helpful in explaining everything about the hotel and parking fees. We loved that we got to see the princess multiple times throughout our stay. As always we enjoyed the free shuttle to and from the parks so we didn't have to pay for parking at Disney. The cleanliness of the room was superb and the housekeeping staff is always so understanding when we ask for extra towels or an extea blanket. Will always continue to stay here when we go to Disney because you can't beat the value."

"This was a superb place to stay for your trip to Disneyland. We enjoyed it so much. Great amenities. Great breakfast buffet. Super clean. Lots of space. Great for your family. We had one altercation with a food service staff member. This was addressed and made abundantly clear this was not her first offense. It was a shorter woman with a bob haircut. Never got her name. I've never encounter another human being so outrageously rude for no reason. Completely uncalled for. There was no management present but the woman who ran the front desk was super accommodating and kind when we told her about our incident. This woman should be relieved of her duties considering this is a customer service type of employment. Haven't received any word from management about the complaint. However, in spite of that situation, it's a great pace to stay. "
