"We so enjoyed our long weekend stay at Mariners Cottage. The proximity to the water allowed us to stay cool with the breeze blowing in the windows. We could walk everywhere easily - a great location! Our stay was quick so we didn't have time to enjoy the fire pit or hot tub but the privacy of the back patio was nice to have available. Chase was very responsive to questions and the check in process was seamless. I would highly recommend this property!"

"A very quaint property with a great backyard. The 2nd bedroom is not in the house but located in the garage. Some of the windows don't lock. With that said we loved our stay."

"This is a great location for someone who does not need a lot of extras. The casa is as described, very simple, and is stocked with basic supplies. Drew has designed it to bring in as much light as possible during the day. He has taken advantage of the peekaboo ocean view in his window placement in the remodeled kitchen/bar area. The beds are EXTREMELY comfortable! There was a small issue with some areas that were not cleaned appropriately by his crew, but, the minute I mentioned it to him, he...

"Family of 4 get away. This is a perfect cottage in a perfect location. You can easily walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, grocery store, parks… everything within easy reach. Great home base. Kitchen is well equipped. Great having washer and dryer on site. We really didn’t have any needs that were not met. Thank you for sharing this amazing place with us"

"Loved this cottage! It was exactly as described, close to the beach and walking distance to shopping and restaurants. We rented bikes at Newport Pier, about 4 blocks from the house. They do have a small garage but we parked on the street. My husband and I stayed with our 2 teenage kids."

"This is by far the cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in. The property manager, Sean, was very responsive. The lighting at night is lovely and the place is beautifully appointed close to shops and restaurants and the trolley. Would definitely stay again!"
