"Beautiful hotel with fantastic staff and amenities. Buffet breakfast was amazing. Rooms were clean and comfrtable. Staff was friendly and very helpful. "
"The hotel was a short walk from Pimlico underground. The guys on reception couldn't do enough for us. Rooms were really nice with plenty of tea and coffee. Ensuite was perfect and bed was comfy. Nice choice for breakfast and freshly made. Only downside ... we were on the top floor and there
isn't a lift ... about 12 flights of stairs and it nearly killed me!!! "
"Staff at the hotel are very good and helpful. Hiccup during check in unheard of from a star hotel but the behvaiour of the front desk, manager and others helped to manage the disappointment. "

"We enjoyed our stay at this property. We loved the Junior sweet, which is dressed like a true London style with tall ceilings, thick drapes, and a four poster bed. The hotel lobby and public areas are very clean. Front desk workers are extremely nice and accommodating. They allowed us to leave our luggage at the desk during the whole first day until we could check in, and again on the last day after we checked out so we could sightsee without our bags. Breakfast is not free (about 16pounds pp), but a very nice buffet. Only a couple minutes onto the tube, and a Starbucks right nearby. We loved it! "

"This was our second time in this hotel. Really is a lovely hotel. The service in the hotel restaurant “Vicinity” could be better as we waited a little over 20 minutes to be seated even with a booking but we are looking at our next trip to london & this hotel "
