I have been totally impressed with this place and have returned numerous times and have recommended it to my family and friends. Unfortunately, this time there was a lot of homeless people hanging around right outside the doors of this fine establishment. These individuals were very hostile and aggressive and pretty much demanding money. It was a scary situation.

The hotel is very good and easy to recommend, the hotel staff is very friendly, efficient, and ready to provide any assistance you might need. One little hiccup that took a star was that on our last night hotel service did not restock toiletries and (happens on all hotels though) the showerhead should have been cleaned or replaced since it had hard water build up. The location is just excellent you can walk to Mexico's Zocalo, Angel de la Independencia, Col Roma, Zona rosa, etc. As for the hotel restaurants those would be 1 to 2 stars at best, Sonora Grill is expensive considering the scant choices and the taste was just not good (no taste actually, meat, shrimp, tacos, etc) none in our group enjoyed their food. And just skip the breakfast buffet, food is cold, chilaquiles are awful, you get better food at a Days Inn (which is practically the same menu) just go out. Starbucks is starbucks so at least that and we could not go to the Japanese restaurant.

I love the glass elevators and restaurants! The hotel staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and the pool was gorgeous. I enjoyed the view from the room and I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family it was also centrally located, which was a plus.

This property was much nicer than I expected. Magnificent hotel, and very reasonably priced. The pool is gorgeous and there is ample food and beverage choices very clean and the staff was courteous and respectful and just amazing. I would definitely stay here again.

We really like the location of the hotel .Our room was great too.Breakfast was a highlight of our stay too.Good food and a good service. We were disappointed with the service of the hosts at Sonora Grill restaurant. Mess up our reservations for our anniversary dinner and lied about that Ruined our anniversary dinner. We had to find different restaurant. Starbucks was great.

This is very clean hotel with amazing staff. The location is great, close to all the main attractions and right on the main boulevard, Reforma. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. Will stay here again!

This hotel is a wonderful location for a family weekend getaway. The pool is clean and ample in size (although not large), with jacuzzis built into the side. The room service is excellent, and there's a good Japanese restaurant literally built into the side of the hotel. I love that the rooms have quiet and effective air conditioning. The executive level snacks and breakfasts were first rate. Definitely recommend.
