The check in time says 4 pm but unless you are a WorldMark resorts member then don’t count on your room being ready on time. We watched multiple groups check in before us but our room was not ready until after 5 pm. When we got in the room we found the fridge was not cleaned and the bathroom floor was not swept.

I am a solo traveler, female, and spent thousands of dollars to fly out west to enjoy the mountains and the solitude and the peace of mind that I was in a safe place to do so. Unfortunately, the maintenance staff did not respect my boundaries, I’m from the Midwest so am very friendly by my culture, unfortunately, my friendliness was exploited. I couldn’t find a quiet place to sit to eat a meal or watch the mountains without someone following/watching/me. I do not want to let the excellent service go unnoticed from the front desk, even needing some help to turn on my thermostat and that maintenance was awesome.

The Condo we stayed in was fairly new and was very clean, with everything you needed. It had a very comfortable bed, a large bathroom, and a full kitchen. The view on the 2nd floor wasn’t great, but that could depend on which building you were in. It had a pool and restaurant, which we did not use. The breakfast and wi-fi was included and was great. I would definitely stay here again.
