We booked this through Expedia where I searched for rooms for 2 adults and 1 child, however what we had booked (which I only discovered on arrival) was a king room. When I enquired about a bed for my son, I was just told that was the room I booked and they could bring a bed for him by 8pm. By 8:30pm this hadn’t arrived, now past his bed time. When I chased this up, I was told it could be with me by 10pm which was too late. When it did eventually turn up it was a cot for a baby and clearly not suitable for my 5 year old son. In my view this was down to the very young staff working there with little experience. Otherwise we had a lovely stay, the pool is great, the setting is wonderful, the room/tent was clean and well equipped and the handing out of s’more kits on arrival is a lovely touch which went down well with my son. The bed situation let us down but this is not their fault but they could have handled it better.
