The staff is super friendly and ready to help with anything (e.g. tours rearrangement, transport arrangements etc.) Super eco friendly too! Great location in the town. We would highly recommend this hotel. "

"We were greeted at the door by staff when we arrived and were given a welcome drink. The staff person allowed us to relax on the sofa as she took our check in information and explained highlights of the hotel. Our bags were quickly whisked away to a safe location until our room was ready. Even though we were early, we were given a room almost immediately. This hotel is just wonderful! The grounds are immaculate and very natural. There are several trails around the property to explore. It’s close to downtown and convenient to local attractions. The food at the restaurant is delicious and the staff is attentive. Monteverde Lodge and Gardens is quiet and serene. Each room faces some natural feature and ours even has a little stream bubbling in front! We highly recommend this place. "
