The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially when we had a minor issue with the AC in our Cottage. They were quick to assist us and rectify the situation, ensuring we had a comfortable stay. The location of the property is perfect - just a short distance from downtown Nantucket with plenty of restaurants, bars, and stunning views near the Basin. I loved being able to easily explore the area and enjoy all that Nantucket has to offer. I highly recommend staying at The Cottages and Lofts at Boat Basin for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. "

"Great home. Stocked with any amenities needed. We spent very little time in the home, but it had all that I can imagine needing. We found the bed to be very comfortable. While beds are quite subjective, this one was great for us. Closet and storage space was initially “hidden” in the bedroom. Had I not seen a particular episode of Real Housewives, I would not have known to press on the sections of the “wall” to open up shelf storage and closet space. Just something to be aware of, lest you get there and think there’s just one small set of drawers. The kitchen is like this also though, which I suppose makes it more obvious once you get to the bedroom! Very clean. It’s a 3-5 minute drive to just about anywhere other than Madaket and Sconset. Easily walkable to Town."
