"Great location. It is loud at night but we turned up the AC to drown out the noise. The staff allowed us to drop off bags early until the room was ready which was convenient. Very walkable to T, restaurants and historic sites.
Only complaint was no microwave and pillows were very useless and even though we had four to five of them…. None provided head support. "
"Always enjoy my stay at Battery Warf. The location is within easy walking distance to North End restaurants and TD Garden. Staff is friendly and overall the property is quiet and clean. "

"I had travel issues getting to the hotel, but the team looked after my son who was meeting me there. I cannot thank the team enough for that!
Great service and lovely room."
"The staff were always very friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows are great. I initially said there were some issues with the A/C noise and shower water pressure. The called me within 1/2 hour and offered to change our room. We chose not to. They sent someone to fix the shower pressure and it was good. Very responsive. The restaurant was very expensive. $7 for a cup of coffee. It was $65 for 2 of us for breakfast. I only had pancakes and coffee. Husband had eggs, toast, potatoes, bacon and the coffee. I guess it's to be expected in Boston though. It's an expensive town. We had a great time though. Celebrated daughter's graduation with her Master's Degree from Emerson College. "
