I liked that it was very close to the Shin Osaka Station which is a Bullet Train hub and one can go pretty much anywhere via that station. The station also has a very good market called the Pantry with many different kinds of food and drinks. There is also a connection to the Midosuji Subway for traveling conveniently throughout Osaka.

This hotel is close to Shin Osaka station railway so it is very noisy even at 18th floor. Hotel is nice and staff is friendly but the location is not great

It was amazing here!! We stayed on the 20th floor and our window had a beautiful view of the city!! What really surprised me the most and am most thankful for was toothbrush and disposable razor blades provided!! I know for sure other hotels like in the Americas or Europe don't provide stuff like this. And the distance from the train station is close by!! I loved statying here and wouldn't mind staying here again ^-^

I liked this hotel as it is near Shin Osaka station where we can go to many places. One thing I was very disappointed: the staff tried to call a taxi for us but no taxi confirmed availability. I was very surprised that she did not use a taxi app to request a taxi as other hotels do. I ended up using Papago App to request a taxi service. They should improve this service.

Cozy, nice view on the 25th floor, and close to train stations. There are lots of food stalls on the way to and from the train stations. Really only used this as a place to sleep after exploring and traveling around the city.

Overall the hotel was a solid 3 stars. The check-in was easy and staff were very friendly. The room is clean but very small, much smaller than anticipated. There's nowhere to put your luggage. The bed is very comfy though so that's amazing. The restaurant was not as clean as the rooms or lobby and the options were not great for vegan/vegetarian so skip that. Honestly not a bad hotel, but also found that the housecleaning was happening all day starting pretty early (noisy) and left items strewn though the halls making a messy appearance.

The room was standard compact, very clean and I had everything I needed for goodnight sleep. The pillow was a little hard, but it did not matter much to me. Upon check-in I received a complimentary drink. I paid a little extra for the high floor and the view was definitely worth it even though the window was standard. The hotel is close to several stations including the Shinkansen. Overall, a very good experience.

Very close to the train station. Depending on where your room is, you can hear the train from 0700-midnight on weekdays and starting as early as before 0600 on weekends. Reception and restaurant area feels like a circus. Budget hotel so you get what you pay for.

Great hotel to stay, close to the station, convenience store, and food. The only complain I have is outside of the room is outside open so its cold and rain cones in. Therefore, its little annoying. But overall, great hotel.
