"Softest towels of any hotel ever. however the front automatic door opens and closes so slowly as to be more than an annoyance, it's a hazard. We were only in the room 8 hours but it was clean and what we needed to be close to the event we attended. If you ever are attending a temple graduation stay here and take the subway. much more efficient! hot water took a while to make it to the 25th floor but the view was great. Reasonably quick elevators and plenty of them. I parked 2 blocks away under...

My only issue was that they have no on-site parking. I had to pay $35 per night to park at the apartment complex next door. If you don't plan on having a vehicle for your stay, this is an absolutely exceptional hotel"
