"Adorable bungalow high on a hill overlooking the beautiful twin lighthouses on Thacher Island. The bathroom is a bit tight but otherwise a very nice spot in arguably the most scenic section of Rockport. Walking distance to several beaches and pretty Loblolly Cove. Loved it!"

"Laura's place is a gem and she is a terrific hostess. It is within walking distance to Good Harbor beach and drivable to all sorts of fun outings. It was the perfect size for our family of 8 - our four kids and to of their partners. The living area space, deck, and kitchen allowed for both full group moments and one on one time. Laura recently redid the kitchen and it was terrific. We highly recommend making pancakes on the stovetop griddle. Thanks for a great weekend in this special home."

"We loved our stay at this cozy cabin. It was a quick walk to the beach and quiet and peaceful at night. It's a smaller space with tight parking, but not a problem if you drive a smaller passenger vehicle and are under 6' 😉 Janet did a great job decorating the place and organizing a small area. Worth the price!"

"This property is wonderful, clean and has an excellent outdoor space. It is on a VERY busy road and the driveway is hard to get in/out of. Close to everything!! We loved the remodeled character of the house and the Kitchen is great!"

"As I stated in the guest book, this was our first time to the New England area. Took in all the sights, sounds, shopping and great food! The locals are warm and welcoming! The Periwinkle Cottage certainly didn’t disappoint. Everything was quaint, clean and charming; well thought out and stocked. I would highly recommend!!"

"A great little place! Everything you need and more! All daily supplies are provided. I only stayed 2 nights, but didn’t want for anything. The little extras like wine, chocolates, and cookies were a nice touch. Very clean, and simple check in. By simple, I mean grab the key, and you’re in! Very cute outdoor spaces, and the parking was a bonus. Have already recommended to friends and will definitely use again."

"Can't say enough about how great this rental is. Even with bad weather it is in a beautiful location, so quiet and peaceful. The house is clean and cozy, comfy bed and nice kitchen. It has a very cool architectural mix of an asian vibe and being on a boat, minimalist but has everything you need. The hosts were so friendly and helpful with us using our coastal row boats from their dock. The tide swings greatly so just know you can't always use the dock at low tide unless you want to walk in the...

"The cottage was a perfect place for my family and I to stay while visiting New England! Chris was very easy to communicate with and gave outstanding recommendations on places to go and see. The cottage is older, with some history, just like the surrounding areas. After battling the traffic in Boston and Salem, we loved the ability to come back to our private cottage on the hill and just relax. We enjoyed the stay and area and will definitely be back again."
