"The customer service and room and breakfast were phenomenal. It’s centrally located for the airport and Lackland Air Force base. The worst thing was the hot tub never got fixed the whole week we were there and the pool could’ve definitely been cleaner but that was all! We had a suite and a group of 6 and 7 when we had my son after his graduation. They congratulated all of us and were always accommodating when we needed extra towels and wash cloths or just to use the outside grill and laundry :)...

"The facility was clean, the staff was very friendly, but I was very upset about some services. I was told that there was a shuttle service to the airport and I signed up for the shuttle and checked twice with the hotel staff to make sure it was confirmed. When I came down to be taken to the airport, I was told by the gentleman at the front desk that it had not been scheduled and this was happening more frequently. I was upset that I might not make my flight."
