"I booked this condo for a girls trip. They place was easy to get to and sits on the water in a channel. While we didn't see much wildlife in the channel it was still nice sitting out on the screened patio by the water. Our neighbors had an issue with their AC and thought we might have too - when looking the AC thermostat was on a temporary hold. Once we figured that out we fine. "Loved the property and had a great time but the luxury in the listing was not there. The biggest issue being the pergola in the pictures was gone and replaced with a single umbrella. The string lights in the backyard were broken and the majority of items were powered by extension cords laying on the ground, many with tripped breakers. "We liked the location of this property on a quiet (off the main drag) street yet close to downtown Naples. The pool was terrific. Laundry on outside covered deck was helpful. Kitchen small but effective with nice view of pool. TVs smart and good for kids. Dinning Room table easily sat all of us. Cleaning guy Chris was fab. Would stay again. thxs"

Loved the convenience of a half bath on the 1st floor. Everything has been updated, new appliances, sofa bed downstairs is very comfortable.
