Cocoa beach is also conveniently located 5 minutes away, we got to view 2 rocket launches from the beach. Yay "

"As always a pleasant stay. Quiet, clean and convenient. We have a timeshare in Cocoa Beach, when we can’t get bonus time there; here is our go to. The only reason for the 4 start on propert condition & facility was the fact that there was a leaking sewer pipe in the parking area. We let the front desk know and they promptly blocked off the space affected. "
