"The house and pool were both clean. Property is a 3 minute walk to the beach. There are lots of good restaurants close by and a Walmart and grocery store is a 2 minute drive away. For us older folks I would suggest that a handicap rail be installed in the master bedroom walk-in shower and there are lots of sand spurs in the yard (ouch) so I wouldn't recommend walking barefooted in the grass but other than those two things the property is terrific. "Family and I stayed prior to going on cruise. The location of the house is close to a lot of things even within walking distance so we found it convenient. The house was well kept and clean and Steven was convenient and helpful in assisting us with checking in. The beach was nice and walking there and back to the house for lunch made it worth the while."

Royal Mansions is a lovely, gated oceanfront community in Cape Canaveral. This particular unit does have several sets of stairs, but the effort is well worth it! Tastefully decorated, with a comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen and panoramic ocean views, this unit is a win-win! We hope to stay again sometime."
