"There was a very noisy motor running during night, couldn't sleep. Maintenance came and said they would have to call someone after holiday. Offered another room or discount on room. Being in our late 60's we decided to take discount as we had way to much stuff to move. Check out Manager denied us a discount, didnt inform us of this, so it upset us . Not sure I will stay there again!"

"The beach was beautiful but the property had the balcony acccess blocked due to repairs. We were not informed before our stay. Due to sanding, dust was thick outside our door and the whole hallway. Plus the ocean view from the condo was from the side, not direct view. Southern Vacation rentals were aware. They charged us again after we had paid in full to Hotel.com"
