"Our quick one night stay was great! Dana was very helpful at check in- a map of all the walkable restaurants for dinner and a recommendation for breakfast. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay here again."
"The staff was incredibly inattentive and didn’t seem interested in even making eye contact. Very off-putting. Same for morning staff. The room was fine but a smile may help with customer service. (I did not ask them for anything or was grumpy or obnoxious. Just smile and say hello how can I help you)"
"Check in process was quick and easy, front desk Person was very nice.
The room was comfortable and apparently clean, but it had a musty smell, only stayed one night so no time to complain.

"Overall, my stay was fine. The room and the hallways near the rooms are dingy, and there was trash in the hallway. Definitely in need of an upgrade. The dining area was bright and cheerful, although the tables were a bit crowded. I would stay again because of the good price I got, but there are definitely preferrable hotels in the Waltham area."

There were plenty of families staying in the hotel and you could smell their cooking in the hallways - this was understandable and not a problem at all as the odors did not enter our suite. The others staying there were very friendly - as were the people at the front desk. And even with the kids staying in the...

"I had travel issues getting to the hotel, but the team looked after my son who was meeting me there. I cannot thank the team enough for that!
Great service and lovely room."
