"Beautiful property, calm and amazing views, including sunrise which is not to be missed. A recent previous tenant reviewed that there was no heat in the common room, which was *not* the case. There is a split unit to heat the room (but no instructions on site, which may have helped this renter). Additionally she mentioned peeling wallpaper. As a long-time renter at The Cape, I found the little bit that was not adhering to be very minor (typical in a high humidity beach area) and wouldn't have...

"Great quiet neighborhood convenient to beach and restaurants. I decided on this rental for last minute get away with my 3 daughters. Ability to bring our dog was deciding factor in this rental. Central air / washer & dryer / well stocked kitchen made for comfortable stay. Could use an upgrade to outdoor furniture and better lighting in backyard. Hope to return next summer!"

"My son was married at the Dennis Inn. We had to travel a bit between Dennis and Orleans. Set up was great…soon learned that everything is 5.4 miles away on the Cape, and always takes 20 minutes in the summer😀😳 Our dog was there, too. Great yard to run in!"

"We had a great experience at this location. The place was big enough to accommodate 8 people with enough room for separation and the 2 bathrooms were key. Nice fire pit outdoors and grill. We had a couple concerns about ac and hot water being extremely hot that were addressed right away. Kitchen is a little small but totally workable. Thanks for a wonderfully week!"
