"Great staff!!!"

"I purchased a trip for my parents as a Christmas/Anniversary trip. They LOVED this hotel, could not have spoken more highly of the staff, food, amenities, their overall experience was excellent!
I’m very happy with how everything turned out, as this was the first time my parents travelled by themselves in many many years. "

"This resort was lovely. Staff was amazing, food was great and property was beautiful! I have seen a couple people complain about dinner reservations, if you use the app you can book all your dinners in one night, we had no issues and ate at a restaurant every night. Would absolutely stay here again! "

"This is the resort you need to go to. I will definitely revisit many times. Never found a place with great food, great views, great staff and new renos. Allan at the front desk made everything super smooth and effortless. "

"I loved the food at the Don Rafael buffet. The staff at this resort were amazing and friendly. The entertainment was great, I just wish there had been more nights like the salsa dancing night rather than American-ized music most nights, but I understand they probably get more crowd engagement with American music. "We love Occidental at Xcaret because we love seeing wildlife when we travel. We also love seeing ruins and learning about the early history. The resort is beautiful, the staff friendly and helpful and there are plenty of food choices. We are vegan, so enjoy the many vegetables, fruits, beans and grains available.
We also loved snorkeling in the circular stone ocean inlet. So many fish, corals, anemones in a protected area."
