"The stay it's self was great. Clean rooms, accessible, good location. However, the reservations team leave a bit of a bad taste in my mouth. I arrived early morning (2am) after being caught in the Dubai Floods, no luggage, over tired etc, so when I booked the room online, it had already clicked over to the next day, I tried to change my booking to the actual night I was there, however they were inflexible and would not support me in a simple movement. I was required to book an additional night....

"Perfect location for people transferring to the Yokohama Cruise Terminal, walkable with a roller bag. Staff are attentive, knowledgeable and super helpful. Breakfast, that was included, was great!"

"The condo was comfortable and spacious for a family with small children. The couches were quite worn out with many stains on them so it wasn't comfortable to sit on them. The staff are friendly and willing to help out, however many do not speak English so communication can be tricky. There is a lot to do on the resort grounds for families. If you have a car, driving just a few minutes outside of the resort will get you to a convenient store that has more resonable prices than the same branded...

"Enjoyable stay. The Oakwood is a modern property in a great location in Azabu Juban. A few steps from the subway and Tokyo Tower. Lots of restaurants in Azabu Juban. Washer and dryer came in handy. Highly recommend."
