"This is definitely a family resort. They have performance at the main pool every night to keep the kids and adults entertained. They also have an above 19 pool area which is great for couples. The hotel has shown some age but it wins on service and facilities. "

"Upgraded rooms were noisy, for the swimming pool area has music on all day include the night performance. It would be good for family with children, but not for me. I needed a rest and nap at the hotel for few days. So they gave me a room tour and that made me more tired, for the hotel was huge. "The breakfast buffet doesn't have many selections. Very much the same for every morning. Beside the breakfast buffet, the restaurant food is very pricey, too expensive. The hotel is very pretty, super clean, the beached has crystal clear water, sand beach. It is fun to swim and do some sport activities on the beach. Safeguard is always on duty. It is safe to swim. Staff are nice, polite and provide excellent service. "

"The hotel has everything for kids and restaurants are nearby in abundance. The sea at the time we were there (April) wasn’t super Thailand like clean. Found it strange that the hotel bar was empty and not showing any sports on the tv. It needs an update and you could see signs of it having been empty during Covid. Staff were friendly, apart from when we asked for sports coverage in the then empty bar for the kids to watch. "
