"The villa was very clean and organized. We really had a good time."

"Villa Kayu Raja is in a good location, but not really walkable to restaurants or the beach, especially at night. The sidewalk ends a bit before the villa, so you’re left walking in the busy street. The villa itself is nice, but I was unimpressed with the private pool. It is very small and the yard itself is deceiving in size from the pictures. Virtually no sunlight comes into the pool area as well, so the pool is a bit chilly and you aren’t able to do any sun tanning. The price is a bit steep...

"Lovely villa in very quiet area of Ubud. If you were looking for a secluded place to get away from every day hustles, this is the place to be!! The wifi connection was decent. The location was very inconvenient if you want to explore central Ubud and only one dining option available within the resort. Some of property features were "overkilled" I thought, like outdoor shower, toilet and living area. Certainly they did add "charm" but when raining, practicality and inconvenience took over. But...

"Beautiful villa but boring for our toddler as there is no childrens play area, there is an extra charge for the use of the pool inflatable’s and floating breakfast. No childrens books or toys provided as per my request. Far away from everything. Would stay again as the villa is stunning and service is good but not with children."

"Hotel is average, a little far from the city center hence you must either you taxi (Car, Bike) or hire a bike/Car to commute. Staff is polite and helpful, overall nice place (just little quite)"

"Me and my wife had a wonderful experience staying in the villa. You have a own private pool and you dont have any tall building beside the compound so there’s still some privacy. The staff were all very polite and helpful, very good experience staying with them. Cons: Improve the maintenance of the hotel, saw cracks in the bathroom mirror. The tiles at the pool require cleaning Aircon is not cold"

"I love this area, it’s much quieter and bland in with the local village and people. The cabins are great and the views are excellent. The only thing is that the cabins can get bit too hot, better ventilation or more sufficient fan would make lots of difference. The staff was without fault. Very happy overall."
