"Beautiful hotel with views and architecture. Rooms are spacious and very clean but we had a water leak in our first room and the washing machine didn’t work in the room we were moved to. Be aware this is part of a time share and they try to get you to take a tour/join. They do offer a decent discount if you take the tour. "Stayed at Garza Blanca with friends for a girls' weekend. The property is great, but it makes a BIG difference where your room is. Ours overlooked the restaurants' ventilation equipment - not great. "The property was perfect. Great space, a great location for a low-key decompress week. All of the amenities (if wanted) of a hotel. but none of the hotel crowds and rules (check-in, check-out, food types etc) The management team was amazingly responsive for all questions or needs. While at the same time making it feel like we were on our own in our own house. I cannot say enough positives for the team and the location. I want to return, if not to the specific house, then at least to another...
