"Trendy lobby/library and nice double-doorman entry. My floor’s corridor smelled a little funky but thankfully not my room, which was typically NYC small, but the big, swing-open portal window is a cool feature. The bed felt a bit dicey/squeaky. Great staff. Cool location. Unique little boutique hotel."

"This hotel is excellent location for getting to Times Square, MSG, and shopping. The hotel has its own restaurant and bar, and entertainment. The hotel staff are extremely helpful and there is security not so obviously present that secures the premises. This is our 5th stay!"

"Great budget-friendly option close to A LOT. The staff was phenomenal. Great simple breakfast (bagels/muffins, but they were delicious). Definitely could use updating and while decor was tired, it was clean. Bed was a bit firm for my partner’s liking. Overall pleased and would stay again."

"The location was central and yet not bustling and busy. The hotel desk staff was wonderful but the restaurant was understaffed and seating was limited. Food in the main restaurant was good. The upper deck restaurant had a great view but was more like a bar/lounge than a restaurant. The pub across the street was great and we liked going there in the evenings. Our room was comfortable but small and had no ice machine on the floors or nice glasses for use during the stay."
