"This hotel is excellent location for getting to Times Square, MSG, and shopping. The hotel has its own restaurant and bar, and entertainment. The hotel staff are extremely helpful and there is security not so obviously present that secures the premises. This is our 5th stay!"
"It has a convenient location. It is in a quiet neighbourhood, close to subway station and Downtown attractions. The staff is nice, polite and friendly."

"A lot of construction going on in front of the property, making it a little difficult to see the entrance; however, my room was on the 4th floor and was quiet."

5/5 Excellent
"Stayed with my wife and 2 kids (8 and 12). We had one of the king 2 room suites).
We had loads of space and the room was excellent in terms of layout and amenities.
Public spaces are ok too - small reception area, restaurant/bar and free coffee in the mornings in reception.
It’s not the newest of hotels but it’s pretty quiet, and in a really good location.
Staff were really helpful and when we had a couple of issues in the room they were resolved quickly.
The one thing that could have been done differently is that the sofa bed for the kids could and should have been made up more quickly. We messaged in advance to confirm, and requested again on check in whilst we went out for a walk, but it still wasn’t done. Just tired on check in after a long flight and it meant we had a few hours of waiting where we shouldn’t have needed to.
Would stay again. For sure."

"Rep pleasantly surprised how close the parking was and the rooms seemed spacious and were pleasantly surprised that there was a bathroom on each side of the room. The only drawback was that the beds were full in size and not queen so it was a little too cramped for my husband, and I, as we are tall people."
