"This is an older hotel...but it is very comfortable. The front desk personnel are very nice..the breakfast buffet is very good..I don't usually get up for breakfast, but not this time. Expedia sent texts to my phone so I could show it to desk..it helped with English to Spanish. Since this is older infrastructure, there was no ice or microwave..but I had my own ice chest and water. "They require a $30 dll deposit cash only (I don’t know if it’s to ensure you don’t steal the crappy towels or the one glass to use in the room). At check out you have to wait for someone to check the room before they can let you check out and give your deposit back which in my case was like 20 min. Staff appears to be force to be there and thus not friendly. Facilities not worth the cost, I have stayed in better hotels for similar cost."

"After new year start charging breakfast of you want to try something inside the heating pots. Not a good experience. Almost break my charging cable inside the room while cleaning. Take it off after charging since then… Maybe okay in Mexico, but sketchy comparing to Canada."

The WiFi will disconnect your device every 5 minutes so it becomes very annoying trying to connect back again.
