"Getting up to 5th floor was a trek eith no elevator service. "

"Was a decent hotel with some issues. We checked in on a Saturday, third floor room and the elevator was out of service. Was told it was fixed only for us to then get stuck in the elevator. We checked out Monday and the elevator was still out of order. Not fun lugging your luggage up and down 3 floors. The rooftop pool looked like it had not been cleaned recently. Oily haze and hair floating around made it unappealing. Went only once as it was not great. "

"The servers/ beach workers were absolutely amazing so attentive and the food was absolutely wonderful not a single complaint . I loved how safe we felt and how calm it was. This resort was not a big party place which is exactly want we wanted. Just a very calm and relaxed time. I look forward to when we can book another trip back as it was a great five days for us all round . Loved the wildlife. "It is very traditional, unique and eco-friendly property. Lovely decor in an amazingly beautiful structure. Everyone was super nice and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was delicious, eating surrounded by nature."
