It is a bit of a walk to the beach, which can be nice to be away from the loud bars at night. Really a good deal for the price and we would definitely stay again! "My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and absolutely loved it! The staff were welcoming and accommodating, our villa was clean, and we spent most of our days lounging on the resorts private beach. Komang, the general manager, was always around to check to and make sure our stay was going well. Kokomo was above and beyond in customer service and I can't recommend it enough!"

"This was such a lovely hotel . The hotel is on the sunset side of the island which is quieter however there is lots to do close by. There are a few lively bars , free movies in the beach and good restaurants within walking distance and the turtle point is about a 10 minutes walk. "First of all, we had a "sea view" cottage. But with no view of the sea. When I told a staffer that the AC wasn't working, he said "that's the way it's always been" The bathroom and shower were disgusting, with rusting handles for the shower, and the shower and the toilet in the same space. Towels were old and worn. And there was something on the floor that made it slippery; no idea what. This would be luxury accommodations only in Venezuela or North Korea, and maybe not the latter....
