The staff were welcoming and accommodating, our villa was clean, and we spent most of our days lounging on the resorts private beach. Komang, the general manager, was always around to check to and make sure our stay was going well. Kokomo was above and beyond in customer service and I can't recommend it enough!"

We upgraded to the “Gold Honeymoon package” which included bicycles to get around on which was fabulous and very convenient, romantic dinner for 2, massage and a private snorkeling trip on a glass boat. "This was such a lovely hotel . The hotel is on the sunset side of the island which is quieter however there is lots to do close by. There are a few lively bars , free movies in the beach and good restaurants within walking distance and the turtle point is about a 10 minutes walk. All of the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating and the hotel was very clean. There was a very good vibe here. Breakfast was made to order and could eaten on the beach or around the pool. "Santan Gili completely exceeded our expectations! My partner and I stayed at Santan for 6 nights on gili trawangan and absolutely loved it! On arrival, we were greeted with delicious welcome drinks and the friendliest staff. One man in particular, Rol, was incredible and took the time to show us to our villa and explain how everything worked. "Jennie, the host is amazing. She is American and speak English and Indonesian. She gave me many hints and suggestions. The place was overbooked and she proposed me a place into her house, a private room and bathroom which you have your own access so you do not intrude into their live. You can have access to the kitchen. The place is close to the action but far enough not to hear the lively Main Street. I will definitely come back as she is resourceful and her place is great"

Overall our bungalow was lovely! It was spacious and clean and had a beautiful outdoor bathroom with a good shower. The light was good day and night and the decoration was thoughtful.
