"The room is fantastic and the owner is very friendly. We loved having coffee, as much water as you want and bikes to ride around the islands. I was unsure whether Gili Air would be a bit too busy for us but we loved it. There are lots of nice restaurants. We are now at Gili Meno but wish we had stayed longer here and done a day trip to Gili Meno instead. If you are looking at this hotel book it! And do a day trip to one of the other islands instead."

"The beginning of our stay started out great until we ran into some plumbing issues with our room. We were moved to another room but it felt like a down grade not upgrade so we were then moved again. Hindsight I wish we could've been just upgraded instead of being moved twice. We did not receive any discount for our troubles and only were offered a free bicycle rental for a day but all the bikes were checked out when we tried to use it. "very far from the center and limited staff . Breakfast was limited with only one choice , beach has full of corals in the afternoon limited time for swim till noon"

"It was a nice, quiet central location on the island with easy access to everything via a short bike ride. The villas were very private. Breakfasts were nice but not a huge amount of choice on the menu. Staff very friendly and helpful and were more than happy to upgrade our room when our original room we had booked was not quite what we had hoped for. We really enjoyed our stay here :)"

"We had to pay extra to upgrade but it was worth it... the place is beautiful, surrounded by beautiful view... the service is top notch. Pak rully the manager help us with renting the bike. Everything we need for is by walking distance. Definitely will be back in the future. "
