"Unfortunately, I was mis represented as I paid for and it was advertised as Ocean view and that was not the casei had a new Building right in front AND noise from the construction. I fell I am owed some compensation for this mis representation as I had no option to move somewhere else."

"We stayed at this property for a week to celebrate a 60th Birthday. We thought the property was beautiful. The description of the property was accurate and do give it 5 stars for that. The grounds are immaculate, and the community pool is very nice. The condo itself is very old and we knew that, and we would have gave 5 stars all around, but condo was not clean, mirrors and appliances and balcony doors looked like they had not been cleaned in quite awhile. "Love love love this property. They have thought of everything. Why did I even need to pack anything?Room was excellent. Right on the beach. Staff was always friendly and willing to go out of their way to help. Check in after hours was a breeze. Cool pool area we never used. Parking was always available no matter when we got back and free. Nice convenient area. Food truck courtyard looked interesting but never could find the entrance will definitely stay here again"

"We went to the Honua Kai with our 3-year-old daughter as a recommendation from a friend who had gone earlier in the year with their one-year-old. We went for the ability to have washer-dryer, kitchenette, pools that were family-friendly, and an on-site store and restaurant. It lived up to our requirements with regards to everything. I also used the gym which was adequate for what I used it for (primarily treadmill running - when I didn't run on the beach, that is). Would recommend!"

"We LOVED Hono Koa! So much so we didn’t want to leave. We are a family of five and two bedroom and two bathrooms were perfect for our family. We loved having a kitchen and bbqs and we cooked at the condo most nights making the trip much more affordable. We loved the pool and the grass area where we watched the sunset every night! We loved our neighbors and had an AMAZING TRIP! "

"For the price, the property is definitely worth staying at. It’s a good value. Location is really nice near plenty of walkable restaurants and food park. Pool areas were nice and not overly crowded. Staff was great. Food at restaurant on property is just mediocre."
