Hotel was beautiful and clean. The room was reasonably spacious and the walk-in shower was fantastic. Reception staff on arrival and departure were very friendly. The reason for the drop of 1 star was due to the roof top sky bar. We thought we would at least see what it was like as we were staying at the hotel, however, we had to queue outside the front door or the hotel where a rude woman told my partner he couldn’t wear his hoodie. We were made to feel like 2nd class citizens. When we finally got to the bar, it was small, cramped and the cocktails were incredibly expensive, even though they were below average. Would stay at the hotel again in a heartbeat but personally they need to rethink the sky bar.

I had a great stay at Hotel Saint. Modern, clean and trendy boutique hotel in a fantastic central location within London for walking and catching nearby transport options. Staff were friendly and the continental breakfast was of a high quality.

The hotel is in a great location. Next to the train station, near by restaurants and shops, easy to walk or to take the train anywhere in the city. The hotel itself is very beautiful, the rooms are in art deco modern designs, everything looks new. The bed was sleeping on a cloud. There is also a great rooftop bar with gorgeous views of the city.

The staff were generally helpful and friendly. But there was one aggressive staff member. He said good morning to me at the elevator which at first would seem appropriate and polite. It took me a second to respond and he greeted me aggressively a second time like a school teacher berating me because I was being a bad pupil. Then I told him already met him when he knocked at my door. Then I pointed out to him how aggressive his behavior was. Then he justified his behavior further that had I responded to his greeting, his response would not have been like that. It was so bizarre. It was totally uncalled for and unacceptable.

Our recent stay at Hotel Saint was great, friendly staff, central location, the tube station at your left as you come out the front door, the rooftop bar and the comfortable room. Next time back in London we will definitely be checking in again.
