Was not informed of the building work going on outside the building at the back when we checked in. Was very noisy from 8.20 and there was also work going on in the room next and woke us up with the noise. Not sure if there were refurbishing it

Great location and value for money. Easy to park car safely and enter directly into the hotel from underground parking. Staff very accommodating. Lovely sized, clean rooms with great facilities. Def recommend and stay again

I was looking for a central London hotel within a modest London budget. Near the tube, only one stop to St Pancras and a 15 mins walk to Covent Garden. The room was small, but the bed was super comfy, and the shower room was spotless. When I first saw the hotel, the exterior of the hotel my heart did sink a bit, however internally it’s really lovely. We stayed on a room only basis so didn’t try the restaurant or bar.

Very good stay here in a quiet room on the sixth floor. Comfortable bed, very clean, good quality bedding and towels. Only minor things that I can fault were the shower was not very powerful, could do with pump support, more coathangers and could do with a drawer unit for item storage. Otherwise many thanks and good value for money.

early check in by Rojina carried out in a quick efficient friendly manner and 7th floor room overlooking park appreciated- however, as I went to the single lift serving floor 7 a couple with exceptionally heavy luggage were wrecking it which meant a climb from 6th each time for the whole of my stay! single room was spacious with opening window (no a/c so hot when sun out in afternoon) quiet despite busy traffic comfy bed great breakfast- convenient for tube and bus - recommended

Excellent hotel, we were a bit dissapointed that there was no A/C, but I called about it and a fan was sent to the room and the young man who brought it was very kind and helped us opening the window because we couldnt figure out how to open it. Overall, very good experience.

Location is good. Hotel is poorly run. No cleaning n service for two days out of 7. Asst mfg tried to cover cleaning staffs that sre so short handed Bed is so soft with no support.i got back pain. No basic hotel amenities in this room. Toilet fixtures are poorly made.

The hotel is large, modern, and has a great breakfast buffet for a reasonable fee. We arrived early and the staff helped us store our larger luggage until the 2pm check in so that we could do some sight-seeing. The rooms are average sized for London but do not have air conditioning which meant that we kept our window open most days. All in all, a good hotel in the heart of the city.
