Room smelled bad on entry, found hairs on sheets, found evidence of bug droppings on top sheet. Proprietor insisted on cleanliness of bed. Offered different room. We refused offer . Did not want to stay at hotel after finding this room dirty.

The staff were very nice very accommodating. But…! The shower had a drizzle absolutely no pressure. The toilet backed up would not flush. The TV sound was so bad that everyone had to crank the volume and the walls are paper thin. The complementary breakfast was scheduled for 7:00 am nothing till 7:30am. That’s the only issue we had with staff. Over all we will not be staying there we will look for another hotel. I want a refund to be quite honest!!

Upon arrival, the clerk greeted us warmly and took care of check in in an efficient and professional manner. The clerk was the only employee that we had met, and he was very good at his tasks. I was impressed at the amount of dedication. The rooms were older, but clean and functional. The other guests were loud, rude, inconsiderate, and obnoxious. They were noisy all throughout the night, as it was a very busy weekend. The place was a good choice to stay if you are staying in Monticello. We would come back.

Close to family!! Nice breakfast. Heard people upstairs come in after 12:00 , then showering- woke us up and kept us awake after 3 people showering.

Traveling from NM to ID this was a good halfway point. The Inn was clean, safe and affordable. The staff was exemplary. I would recommend this Inn to family and friends.

The hotel is in a convenient location and is clean. Check-in was easy. The hotel shows some wear and tear, esp. in the bathroom with a bit of water damage. However, it's nothing major. The accommodations are what we need, and I would be happy to stay here again.

Unit was clean. Everything worked as expected. However, you can't run a hotel with one person doing everything, including check-in and out, as well as preparing breakfast. Overworked staff provide minimum service.

Key worked once and then didn’t work again. Breakfast was supposed to be at 7:00 but they were not set up, we ended up leaving. Listed as motel for Moab but it was over an hour away.
