Amaka Calma Tulum

"What an amazing place. My husband and I have decided moving forward we will always stay there when we go to Tulum. I have to admit that the noises coming from the other rooms were kind of annoying. But we decided to make the best of it "

Lumina at Mudra Tulum
3.5 star property

"We stayed 9 days in the 3 bedroom and 5 days in the 2 bedroom apt. I would recommend this place and would stay here again!!! Pros: Huge Apts. Good location. We felt safe, they had 24 hr security. Wifi was strong. Fans in every room. The AC in the 3 bed apt was amazingly cool. The soaker pool was perfect. With in walking distance to some restaurants. Beautiful birds fly around and visit the balconies. They let us move to the next apt a bit early and were very fast at responding through WhatsApp....

Moots Tulum
3.0 star property
8.0 out of 10, Very Good, (30)
"The property itself was small but charming, the rooms/suites were large and the backyard was spacious as well with a private pool (a bit chilly as there is not much sun in the back). The room rates were very reasonable for what we got. That being said there was no housekeeping (we stayed for 5 days) and it got quite sandy and messy as there was no broom for us to use. We also did not get any spare towels and so we had to do our own laundry (one out of 2 washers worked, no dryer) and it was quite...

"Our stay here was amazing!!! The property is beautiful with amazing decor for pictures. The staff and lady at the front desk was so helpful and made sure we were set with a scooter rental and local things to do. I highly recommend renting the scooter because the hotel is about 10 mins from the Tulum strip with food, clubs, and shops to enjoy. Overall 9/10 the only complaint was the area is still being developed so there is construction going on. "

Mak Nuk Village Tulum II - Clothing Optional
3.0 star property
8.2 out of 10, Very Good, (19)
"I enjoy this hotel primarily because the pool is really nice and the rooms are large. The rooms are handled by a third party which I was already aware of. Make sure you have WhatsApp or email handy for communications. The communication with the company that handles issues with the room is spotty. There was an issue with the wifi, receiving wrong passwords. There was a water shutoff one day, but it was corrected after several hours. The hotel is aging but overall it is still nice and a good...

Xentum Tulum by Casago
3.0 star property
6.0 out of 10, (3)
"My first impression was the place was cute. It was awkward because there's a door and a long hallway into a room and every door has a lock but not sure why all the locks are needed for a studio apartment. There was a set of shampoo, conditioner, and lotion bottles but they were used and partially full. They only supplied one roll of toilet paper and when I asked for more I was told I had to purchase my own. When I would plug in an appliance into an outlet, the outlet covers would fall off. The...

Seremonia Studios By Soyrumi
3.5 star property
7.8 out of 10, Good, (55)
"So stayed at Seremonia Studios had the deluxe suite with the private pool. Now it’s going to be a positive review but with definitely with some major cons too but me and my wife did love our stay there and here are the pros. Firstly the place is decorated brilliantly with all the green plants and trees which really give you that open jungle feeling living in the wild tropical forest. It’s a modern view with minimal design to keep it simple which is very nice. The shower water is hot which is a...

Cacao Tulum -Luxury Condos-
3.5 star property
7.8 out of 10, Good, (106)
"This is the WORST place I’ve ever booked! When we 1st came to the property there was no line no wait but when we got to the room the sheets were okay the bathroom was dirty and the toilet seat was broken falling apart (it did when we left) also. There was just dust everywhere. the door of our room DID NOT WORK they actually had to change the battery or lock on our door to fix the key. That made me feel unsafe. The neighborhood is all under construction as it’s a upcoming development. The wi-fi...

Majaro Hotel Tulum
3.5 star property
8.6 out of 10, Excellent, (75)
"Majaro hotel has a great design, charming courtyard with a small pretty pool & lovely rooms. The stuff are friendly & doing their best. But the overall lack of management is evident. Nothing is thought-through. Bathrooms are missing bathroom mats. When body soap or shampoo runs out, it’s not refilled. We stayed for 11 nights - bed linen & towels had not been chdmged, not once. There was a kitchen with a long, beautiful island in our room & a double hob - but no kitchen equipment, not even a...
