"What an amazing place. My husband and I have decided moving forward we will always stay there when we go to Tulum. I have to admit that the noises coming from the other rooms were kind of annoying. But we decided to make the best of it "

"The food was exceptional, with plenty of amazing vegan options. Definitely a place I'd recommend if you're not quite interested in the more boisterous beach club scene and want to be closer to true Tulum. "

"We stayed 9 days in the 3 bedroom and 5 days in the 2 bedroom apt. I would recommend this place and would stay here again!!! Pros: Huge Apts. Good location. We felt safe, they had 24 hr security. Wifi was strong. Fans in every room. The AC in the 3 bed apt was amazingly cool. The soaker pool was perfect. With in walking distance to some restaurants. Beautiful birds fly around and visit the balconies. They let us move to the next apt a bit early and were very fast at responding through WhatsApp....

"The property itself was small but charming, the rooms/suites were large and the backyard was spacious as well with a private pool (a bit chilly as there is not much sun in the back). The room rates were very reasonable for what we got. That being said there was no housekeeping (we stayed for 5 days) and it got quite sandy and messy as there was no broom for us to use. "Our stay here was amazing!!! The property is beautiful with amazing decor for pictures. The staff and lady at the front desk was so helpful and made sure we were set with a scooter rental and local things to do. I highly recommend renting the scooter because the hotel is about 10 mins from the Tulum strip with food, clubs, and shops to enjoy. Overall 9/10 the only complaint was the area is still being developed so there is construction going on. "

Make sure you have WhatsApp or email handy for communications. The communication with the company that handles issues with the room is spotty. When we 1st came to the property there was no line no wait but when we got to the room the sheets were okay the bathroom was dirty and the toilet seat was broken falling apart (it did when we left) also.
