"The Hotel Tiki Tiki is a gorgeous absolutely beautiful retreat so quiet and peaceful. The staff was extremely helpful, kind and professional. I plan to return on my next trip to Tulum. It is located in a residential neighborhood with beautiful trees and vegetation. A close walk or drive to downtown with restaurants and shopping. No noise of any traffic or city businesses. The staff really make this place special. Thank you Julie, Samantha, and Santiago! It was an incredible experience. This hotel is a gem just perfect I loved it!"
