The rooms were small, but well planned and contained everything that we needed for our 4 night stay including a small but well engineered bath/shower room. I got the impression that we weren’t paying for the ‘under-population’ of a large double room, whilst getting all that we needed from the smaller optimised room. "We stayed for two nights to visit Disney Sea. It's our last stop in Japan. The self check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly. In the welcome lounge, there were unlimited free snacks and drinks available, including nuts, various types of candy, soft drinks, coffee, tea, beer, wine, and more. My son particularly enjoyed making the fairy floss himself. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of lovely Western and Japanese food, along with a wide selection of cold or hot...

"Really enjoyed our stay here. Check in and check out process was very easy. The amenities available in the lobby were great. Staff was friendly. The location was great for us as we enjoyed early morning walks. The Airport Limosine Bus drops off and picks up right in front which was very convenient. Only issue was beds and pillow were harder than we are used to, but that seemed to be the case in other Japan hotels as well. We had a 2 twin room and it was quite spacious."

"The location of the hotel is a 10 min walk from a major train station which was super convenient. The hotel is relatively bigger compared to other hotels we've stayed at but not much. We loved the fact that there is a convenient store right down stairs. The hotel staff service was moderate nothing out the ordinary. Check in and check out was simple. The state of the rooms need some updating for sure. Slightly dusty but not much. "
