"This was a great hotel in a sweet location, very convenient to get around the city, with a 7-11, an ATM and 2 massage places at the corner, a Rock Club across the street, and a fabulous Thai restaurant within a close walk (Ole). The only issue was the weak internet - it was very hard to maintain a stable connection for the TV or laptop, and the pool could have been a few degrees cooler. "Really enjoyed our stay here. Check in and check out process was very easy. The amenities available in the lobby were great. Staff was friendly. The location was great for us as we enjoyed early morning walks. The Airport Limosine Bus drops off and picks up right in front which was very convenient. Only issue was beds and pillow were harder than we are used to, but that seemed to be the case in other Japan hotels as well. We had a 2 twin room and it was quite spacious."

"I am so impressed by this hotel! The manager is available via WhatsApp and kindly supplied some tea packets and a lovely mini card as I wasn’t feeling well upon arrival (and a cute little teddy bear keychain!) The staff is cordial and smiley. The room and bathroom is immaculate and the shower EXCELLENT!! Great water pressure and easy to turn on and off to save water. There is only sink soap missing. I love the hotel is trying to be eco-friendly with plastic bottle and aluminium can recycling in...
